Samsung has made official a new color flavor of its flagship Galaxy S III smartphone for the South Korean market, namely Pink.

The quad-core smartphone was made available originally in only two color shades, but four others have been unveiled since.

The new Lily Pink flavor brings the total number of color options for the high-end Android device up to seven. The new model is set to arrive on shelves in Samsung's homeland market as soon as next week.

The specifications list of the device remained unchanged, providing users with the same HD experience on a 4.8-inch touchscreen display, as well as with great performance courtesy of Samsung's quad-core Exynos CPU.

Moreover, the smartphone kept its 8-megapixel photo snapper on the back, along with the front camera, and all the features that Google's Android 4.0 ICS platform has to offer to users.
